Here it is! The "Lemonade Fast" or Master Cleanser .
1. Combine 2 tbsp. of fresh lemon, 1 or 2 tbsp. of organic maple syrup and some cayenne pepper (as your taste allows), per 1 cup of pure water.
1a. To make a gallon mix, 1 cup pure organic maple syrup' dark amber grade B is the best. 1 cup of freshly squeezed organic lemons, 1/4-1 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper. Fill rest of gallon container with pure filtered or spring water.
Approximately 6 lemons will make a cup of lemon juice. You can prepare a couple of days worth at a time and keep it in a container in the fridge.
NOTE: Don't ice your juice; cool to room temperature. If fasting in the winter you may want to leave out some water in the above recipe, leaving it more concentrated. Then add some heated water before drinking.
2. Drink a minimum of six cups of this mixture a day for a minimum of 10 days. Eat no solid foods.

3. Keep your bowels moving with the New Seasons Cleansing system or with laxative teas in the morning and evening to help your body eliminate the toxins accumulating in your colon as the lemonade cleans your entire system. 4. Break your fast by drinking orange juice for two days to prepare your stomach to assimilate other foods. On the third day, drink orange juice in the morning, raw fruit for lunch, and fruits and salad for dinner. Resume normal, healthy eating on the next day.
Tips:
Avoid heavy exercise during this fast. Light yoga, walking and gardening are excellent ways to stimulate your metabolism without straining your body.
Expect the greatest amount of hunger around the third day (this varies slightly according to your metabolism).
